The proposed residential healthcare center is located in the commune of Labruyère, in the department of Oise. The future facility will provide 35 places for people over the age of 45 with mental disabilities, some of whom are living in very precarious conditions, with or without addiction problems.
The project is consistent with the existing context:
1 - Conservation and renovation of the existing pavilion to accommodate daytime and administrative functions.
2 - Creation of a first extension at the interface of the day pavilion to accommodate activities and reception.
3 - Creation of a second extension, in line with the existing building, to house the residential functions, in the heart of the wooded park.
