The project is inspired by the historical presence of paths in the city of Bagnolet and the porosity they can offer through the interior of otherwise impassable city blocks. Our approach is attentive to the project’s resonances with both its immediate and distant environments. A structured indoor garden spanning Gallieni Avenue and the ring road provides and extensively planted urban void that is visible and accessible from the road. The project’s massive balconies hovering over the central garden emphasizes the importance of this urban greenhouse. The objective is to provide a workspace that fosters the well-being of its users with quality and flexible offices meeting today’s standards of comfort.
