Les Ardoines Train Station

The PM3 and PM5 lots are located in the northwest sector of the call for projects. Oriented north-south, a new road transverses them, dividing them laterally into two. Both are bordered by rue Léon Geffroy on the west, while the south edge of PM5 opens to the future plaza of the Grand Paris Express station. Instead of treating each lot as an autonomous and independent entity, the two buildings interact with each other through a play of volumes and voids. As both lots share a continuity of densely planted gardens at their centers, the proposal elongates an axial view from the new station plaza through the redeveloped area.
