The site of Charolais Rambouillet is located at the head of one of Paris’ great rail arteries, one of the key “metropolitan armatures” of the city. It is a strategic site with great potential, but the transformation of this territory will depend on an approach which is both strategic and detailed in its deeper analysis. The site is marked by a number of existing buildings which constitute a unique sense of place rooted in the industrial history of its former uses.
