The project is a study in volume and façade on two levels of retail spaces in the heart of the Miami Design District. All of the volumes are faced in glazed terracotta tiles which have been specially designed for the project. Their assembly produces a variety of patterns in relief. The variation of patterns is reinforced by the nuances of color which vibrate under the Miami sun and the raw terracotta edges which are revealed in the thickness of the tiles’ folds.
